Uses of optical lenses

2023-11-08

Our products are widely used in high precision optical equipment, laser processing equipment, measuring instruments, medical cosmetology, photography equipment, machine vision and other fields. Our company has a group of experienced, excellent R & D engineering and technical team and excellent skilled workers, the product process is constantly improving, to achieve the production of large-scale optical products.

A lens is an optical element made of a transparent substance (such as glass, crystal, etc.) that affects the wavefront curvature of light. It is a device that can polymerize or disperse light, and the resulting image can be real or virtual. Widely used in security, car wear, digital camera, laser, optical instruments and other fields.

Including fused quartz, calcium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, silicon, germanium, zinc selenide and other materials including a variety of ordinary colorless optical glass; And a variety of bands of plano-convex lens, plano-concave lens, double concave lens, super hemispherical lens, ball lens, meniscus lens, cylindrical mirror, rod mirror, glued mirror and so on.

Imaging rules of lens and convex lens:

1. The lens is represented by the lens symbol (there are two V-shaped signs at both ends of a line segment), draw the main optical axis, mark the light center, and focus according to the intersection point of two of the three special rays of the lens (generally the light of the light center and the light parallel to the main optical axis), you can get the characteristics of the image made by the lens (such as virtual and solid, size, positive and backward, etc.).

2. During lens imaging, all the light emitted from each point on the object to the lens is imaged in the same position, blocking a part of it does not affect the imaging of other light emitted to the lens, so you can still see the complete image, but because the light emitted to the image is reduced, the brightness of the image on the screen will be dimmed.

3. Convex lens imaging rule:

(1) One of the conditions to be met for convex lens to form a real image is; (2) Conjugate imaging refers to the fact that the size of the object distance and the image distance can be exchanged, and the inverted real image is enlarged and reduced respectively in both cases
